Summary/Abstract: The paper presents the main characteristics and specifics of the quality of the tourist product. Quality is a result of the mutual efforts of all managers and employees of the organization in the implementation of the individual stages of the product's life cycle. It aims at satisfying the requirements of users and implies the necessity of maintaining good relations with the suppliers. Improving the quality of the product, goods or services of a company is an important process that ensures the growth of the enterprise's competitiveness. The opinions of Bulgarian and German-speaking tourists in a three-star hotel in Ravda are presented and the purpose is to make the necessary conclusions and to take the necessary measures in order to increase the quality of the offered tourist product in the hotel and to build a positive image of the tourist destination.
