Summary/Abstract: Our article is dedicated to a special orthodox category of saints named The Holy Doctors without payment. It contains twelve names, including Saints Cyr and John martyrs from the early fourth century. In its first part, we focused on the idea that The Church, as St. John Chrysostom named it, is a '' Spiritual Hospital '' having the power of healing given to Her by Jesus Christ, The Physician of our souls and bodies. Then we extended our research showing that the Saints have the power of healing not by them but as an extension of the power of Jesus, as an act of participation to His power. Some references to their life and the liturgical structure of the Service dedicated to them were added. Finally, we did a short theological analysis of the hymnography to underline different aspects and meanings concerning the idea of healing manifested by Jesus through the saints in the Church of His glory.
