Summary/Abstract: The report examines the challenges that the changed reality of life poses to law, its interpretation and application. It focuses on technological progress and the interaction of law with artificial intelligence. On the one hand, there are the indisputable benefits of artificial intelligence, and on the other - the need to preserve the human nature and adaptability of law, most clearly expressed in the interpretation activity. The fundamental question is addressed: Should artificial intelligence replace interpretation in law, or is a functional balance possible?
