Summary/Abstract: Humanity of the XXI century is faced with some of the main problems of the planet that need to be solved. These are the environmental problems. When we start talking about the environment and its protection, we undoubtedly start talking about consciousness, culture and policies for its protection. Man in his hectic everyday life does not realize how at every moment of his life he lives in a world of constant risk due to the deteriorating state of the environment. Problems related to ecology are the result of unresolved ambiguities between the relationships in the "nature-human-society" system. Every year, the Ministry of the Environment and Water prepares and publishes priorities in the national environmental protection policy. The priorities of the Ministry of Education and Culture are the raising of environmental awareness and culture regarding environmental protection, reducing the adverse impact on human health and the economy of Bulgaria caused by climate change. Improvement of atmospheric air quality, implementation of all legal frameworks in favor of environmental protection and others.
