Summary/Abstract: In recent decades, the advancement of digital technologies has played a crucial role in scientific development, leading to their widespread integration into the education system. Nowadays, quality education relies heavily on the use of computers, multimedia, specialized software, and applications. This also applies to a large extent to vocational education, where a significant part of theoretical and practical training takes place in a digital environment. Various platforms and software for synchronous or asynchronous communication have been developed, new methods and approaches for pedagogical communication are used. These resources are available to students, teachers, guidance, and administration. The report will present the results of an empirical study conducted on the digitization of professional education and the new possibilities for implementing pedagogical communication in these conditions, including artificial intelligence.
