Summary/Abstract: The probability of Trump‘s victory sharply reducing the probability of the nuclear phase of the current Third World War is analyzed. The changes in the world during Biden‘s term are examined. Also – what is the continuity, on the one hand, and the new moments in the political strategies of Trump himself, on the other hand? What deeper motives and goals lie behind these specific policies? It is shown that on the one hand, the probability of nuclear war decreases as a result of Trump‘s victory. But on the other hand – the probability appears that European countries will fully bear the costs and military actions against Russia, without the participation of the United States. It becomes possible for the two rivals for the center of world trade, global power centers, to make a deal to the detriment of Europe and Russia. The destruction of humanity is postponed. But at the expense of Europe and Russia.
