Summary/Abstract: This report examines the issue of employee participation in the strategic management of the organization and its impact on the development of shared organizations. It discusses how a shared organization is more competitive and sustainable. It explains why participation affects the professional and personal empowerment of employees and develops a sense of sharing, transparency, predictability and ownership of processes, deepens belonging to the company, improves the feeling of satisfaction with work and the willingness to be part of it for a longer time. It defines in a framework what the principles of shared societies and organizations are and how this affects organizational prosperity in a chaotic, dynamic and competitive environment.
