Summary/Abstract: Тhis report proposes an approach to measuring factors affecting the sales potential of business organizations. The examined key indicators allow the evaluation of various aspects of external and internal variables, as well as the identification of existing resources, capabilities, hidden reserves and untapped opportunities to increase company sales. Indicated are the subsequent future studies which are to be undertaken by the author, regarding the topic.
