Summary/Abstract: In this paper, we try to reexamine the relationship between feminist theory and education, and how, why, and how the relationship between them can still be shaped. Starting from the historical development of this relationship - as education for feminism and feminism in education, and further through a critical review of the existing literature on feminist research conducted in an educational context, we will search for productive connections between the supporting principles of feminist pedagogy and the key tendencies of contemporary pedagogy more broadly, and try to indicate what else it can actually mean to "learn feminism" in a way that will truly contribute to the development of both feminism and education. Our conclusions indicate that it is necessary to revive the feminist principles of equality, critical thinking, inclusivity, transformativeness, empowerment and intersectionality in all aspects of the educational process, starting from the creation of the program, through the creation of the atmosphere of the educational context and up to the evaluation model. Thus, feminist principles actively live in the educational system as a kind of "heterotopia" with the potential to spread to society as a whole, while feminist principles support the transformative potential of education, which is recognized today as a key educational value.
