Summary/Abstract: In this article the author shows the political interests that the Ottoman Empire, Austria-Hungary, Germany and Italia had for territories of the Balkans. Russia also is implicated in to this political picture. The Imperial diplomacy kept working in order to keep the status of the liberated christian countries and their strengthening and as well to limit the intentions of the Balkan countries towards the European territories of Turkey. And although Russia pretended to had the leading role on the Balkans, Italy and Austria-Hungary were the countries with most active politic penetration in Albania.
