Summary/Abstract: The problem that is implicit in the title was provoked by the need for examining the performance not only in the range of the art, but as an overall concept of impact, which is realized through various semiotic tools. Through the analysis of performances of Marina Abramovic proves necessary and indispensable connection between the art and the science that helps the ideas reach the viewer at different levels.
