Summary/Abstract: The reasons for the global financial and economic crisis are largely looking at problems of the real estate market. This is because when real estate prices remain high (or low) for a long time this leads to erroneous assessments of their further development. The basis of assessments for real estate prices is their market value. Its changes have implications for market participants and require corrective mechanisms.
