Summary/Abstract: The chapter highlights the problem of logistic agent dispatching systems which are designed to manage and control actions of removing effects of breakdowns. Such logistic systems are treated as the class of agent systems. They are hierarchical multi-stage systems in which dispatchers are considered to be experts. The dispatching hall of an underground coal mine is presented as an example of an agent system. Such a dispatching hall can include an information system supporting a real dispatcher (who has natural professional intelligence) or a hybrid agent system which is in fact a virtual dispatcher. The mathematical model and the algorithm of the logistic agent dispatching system are presented. Real and virtual dispatchers are thoroughly compared. Intelligence and the algorithm of a virtual dispatcher are described in detail.
