Summary/Abstract: University education of students of specialty „Social Education” is extremely broad. This is determined by the fact that proffesional activities of social pedagogue are designed to work with various target groups and different socio-pedagogical problems. Major part in academic education of students is the formation of legal competence. In this issue is proposed model for conducting practical exercises on discipline that are a guarantee for excellent educational and academic results
