Summary/Abstract: Modern society is in a state of global change. In many countries of the world, e-Government has been created and is working effectively, electronic universities are being created (e-university), e-learning e-learning is actively being introduced - this is not a complete list of concepts and phenomena that 30 years ago did not exist in reality , but at present they have become an objective reality, changing both public and economic, and political mechanisms of society. Today, the education system is undergoing significant changes. New information technologies are actively introduced into the educational process of the whole system of education (schools, colleges, universities), while the highest degree of informatization of the learning process is distance learning.

  • Summary/Abstract:One of the requirements of the international community to the training of specialists is a quality education. The Republic of Kazakhstan is actively implementing new information technologies in the educational process to promote quality of learning materials. One of the most promising educational technologies are the technologies of distance learning. Distance learning gives students the opportunity to study at a distance from the training center and thereby expands the boundaries of education, going even beyond a single state. The article shows the main trends and ways of implementing distance learning in higher educational institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, their advantages and problems, the conditions which are necessary to implement the Distance learning technology.

  • Summary/Abstract:The article presents the results of a corpus-based study of the meanings of English clauses containing alternative interrogative structures (AISs). Data show that most clauses express a request to the addressee to supply the right answer to a genuine alternative or polar question. Other clauses denote the speaker’s lack of (sufficient) knowledge, unhelpful memory, wondering, uncertainty and doubt as to which of the suggested alternatives is true. Still other clauses carry alternative conditional-concessive meaning.

  • Summary/Abstract:The quality of practical training of pedagogy students is determined by the possibility of this training to meet the need for professionals in the practical field of the educational and social institutions. Finding the balance in the higher professional pedagogy education seen as a result and social needs, aims, requirements, norms, standards and conditions of the contemporary educational and social activities, is a task of a primary importance for a e quality education that is directly linked to the practical training of students. Finding solutions of particular exploratory tasks in the course of the practical training of the students realized into different forms: seminars, different observational and practical lessons in real schools, ets., allow the students to develop in respect with their own attitudes and needs, to acquire competences that will enhance their professional and social realization and to their advantage in a competitive environment. The paper presents the possibilities of practical training that includes exploratory tasks and implements the dynamics of motivation and interest of the students in the course of its realization.

  • Summary/Abstract:This article is based on an analysis conducted by the questioning of students to identify the quality of the student's self-education in the performance of tasks and determining their attitude to the organization of independent work. There were 60 students in the survey. We proceeded from the fact that the educational process is focused on the formation of student readiness for independent work. Therefore, the management of the performance of the students’ tasks in groups on the educational platform Moodle and conducting selfmonitoring and self-assessment according to the criteria provided by the teacher is an actual problem in the context of an effective organization and management of independent work through information and communication technologies, such as Web quest. This technology contribute to the formation of intercultural communicative and linguocultural competences of trainees capable for independently and creatively operate at any convenient time and place to monitor and evaluate their actions.

  • Summary/Abstract:The Kazakhstan is characterized by number of factors that define anthropogenic and natural manifestations of increased radioactivity the main of which are numerous sites of abnormal increases in natural radioactivity, uranium deposits, and ore. Long-term and large-scale activities of uranium mines and mining enterprises of other minerals associated with uranium mineralization have negative impact on public health. It has not been determined the radiation dose that people of Central Asia gets from radionuclides of uranium, a high level of radon in the contaminated areas. In the present study, uranium mine-workers in the Stepnogorsk mining-milling complex in Northern Kazakhstan were investigated for the expression of chromosome aberrations and for genetic factors that can modify the exposure-related expression of chromosome damage.The study suggests that uranium mine-workers in Northern Kazakhstan have excessive exposure that can cause an increased risk for health consequences such as cancer. In addition, GSTM1 and/or GSTT1 null genetically susceptible individuals may have higher health risk.

  • Summary/Abstract: The data which is generated and collected nowadays has a volume which requires developing a special paradigms. „Big Data” is the today’s buzzword. With the lowering the hardware prices more companies, are able to keep data bigger than Zeta bytes. The aim of this research is to follow how common the „Big data“ paradigm is. The work over this material was divided into three parts. During the first part ten different keywords were defined, which were used for a search in four popular scientific data bases. During the second stage of the research three new data bases were used and the keywords were consolidated. During the last stage of the research four new keywords were introduced. The aim of this research is to follow the development of the paradigm of “Big Data” during the last ten years through the methods of the sciencemetric.

In order to make full systematics of the epicycloidal and hypocycloidal internal gears it is necessary to add a new group of gears based on the barrel gears. In these gears the profile of the epicycloidal tooth, respectively the hypocycloidal tooth, is preserved and the barrel wheel is replaced with a monolithic one.

The linear frequency modulated (LFM) signal reflected from the scene, relief of the Earth surface is presented as matrix multiplication of three matrices: azimuth Inverse Discrete Fourier Transform (IDFT) matrix, image matrix and range IDFT matrix. L0 norm optimization image reconstruction procedure is applied over reduced number of measurements defined by randomly generated azimuth and range sensing matrix.   • Summary/Abstract:The report presents the results of the studies carried out in the electricity supply system of "Plastics Products" JSC - Sredets. Due to the presence of non-linear loads, commensurate with power with the power transformers, higher harmonics are generated in the company's power supply system. Loads are imposed by the used technological equipment for the production of plastic products. This mainly causes problems related to the inability to compensate for the power factor, to increase the electrical losses in the network and the other electrical equipment of the company, etc. The aim of the study is to quantify and qualitatively deal with the interference caused by the non-linear electrical charges and the causes of the compensating capacitor failure. Appropriate management measures are proposed to address emerging issues.
