Summary/Abstract: Globalization in terms of insurance processes increases the need for using intermediary services in insurance market. In this regard the statutory guarantees against the activities of insurance intermediaries are crucial, one of which is the maintenance of the compulsory insurance "Third Party of Liability". They are used to protect both the interests of individual insurers, and also the interests of consumers of insurance services.
