Summary/Abstract: This report is based on the article 7 of the UN Convention on the Child’s Rights, related to the matter of the origin. The main purpose of the paper is to analyse if the current legal regulation of the affiliation is relevant to the rules of the international law. The main idea shared is that the Family code rules have to be improved in order to obtain more legal opportunities for revealing the real natural origin of the individuals.
