Summary/Abstract: Management and leadership alike-is a blend of traditionalism and innovation, between the administration and the formation of values and goals, which leads to the development of a quality management education in the evolution of a school organization. The quality of education and Romanian school involves a reorganization such that young people are encouraged and contribute their own ideas and initiatives in community development.
