Summary/Abstract: Knowledge is now the determinant of the development of both individuals, i.e. people, organizations and entire economies. Hence, at present great attention is given to the issues of education and training in the broad meaning, which are supposed to be continued throughout their lives, and thus not only increase the effectiveness of individual people but also help them cope and come to grips with the changing labor market. In particular, this problem relates to a group of university graduates who admittedly are equipped with the relative latest knowledge but did not have the experience of mobility in the labor market. In these processes, as well as on the social and professional adaptation stage, their attitudes towards work seem to be crucial. The purpose of this study is to determine how the acquisition of knowledge by students can change their attitude towards work.
