Summary/Abstract: Complex sentences with a relative attribute clause in Bosnian are semantically equivalent to Turkish phrases with participles and proparticiples in the function of the extended attribute supplements. The analysis of concrete examples enables to determine when and why these sentences are being used in literary texts, and contrastive comparison attempts to resolve the dilemma of how these examples should be transposed into Bosnian.
