Summary/Abstract: It was clarified the nature and components of the labour potential of the enterprises of the financial sphere. It was justified the role of the state of the labor potential in ensuring the competitiveness of commercial banks and insurance companies. It was proposed the activities aimed at improving competitiveness through the formation and development of the labor potential of enterprises of the financial sphere.
