- Summary/Abstract:The methodical approach to assessment of a fictitious human capital in the sphere of science and education is offered in the article, the interrelation between the number of highly qualified specialists and a total quantity of printing works, the performed scientific and technical works in modern conditions is researched. The human capital functioning in the sphere of science and education according to the «Bibliometrics of Ukrainian Science» system is researched. Low level of efficiency of modern scientific and educational system is proved and the reasons causing such situation are characterized. Fiktivization of the human capital in the sphere of science and education is caused by such factors: the decline in the quality of scientific work in domestic universities and institutions of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine due to reduced funding; formal nature of activities related to international and domestic grants; formal nature of interaction of scientific institutions and higher education institutions with business testifies to isolation of scientific activity from the solution of public problems; the formation of artificial, little used in the practical work of the components of the academic disciplines; a high share of plagiarism in theses on the social humanities; the low level of distribution of information on results of scientific activity; asymmetries in the labor market.

The employment trends in the global labor market, including trends by sectors of the world economy, analyzedin the article, as well as emphasized dynamics and trends of unemployment. Emphasis was did on detailed analysis of trends in the development of the world labor market forms which are the basis for the formation of prerequisites for the equal inclusion of Ukraine in the global resource labor space.

Signs of formed and indexes of estimation of the indicated model of behaviour for an individual are defined. - Summary/Abstract:The proposed approach to the management of marketing and sales activities of the enterprise is aimed at the establishment of its commercial activities, as a process within the framework of a unified marketing, business, market and corporate goals and strategies. This in turn requires appropriate transformations of qualitative and quantitative characteristics of sales personnel, namely, the formation and development of human capital as the most valuable asset of the company. After all, it is one of the main elements of the company's sales programs, as the link that connects businesses with customers, through reports to them to create a marketing values, face the enterprise, supplier information, a seeker of new markets and customers. Therefore, the efficient functioning of the economy is increasingly dependent on innovation activity carriers of intellectual capital, how the workers (personnel) interest (financially and morally) to achieve high results.

- Summary/Abstract:The article presents an attempt to apply the principles of intellectual capital accounting to the bank accounting. In the knowledge based economy the banks can be seen as an enterprises based on capital and knowledge. Traditional accounting accurately records flows of financial capital in the bank. Flows of intellectual capital have not yet subjected to compulsory registration, which is a graceful field of conceptual research. The carrier of knowledge necessary to conduct banking activities are bank employees. Therefore, the registration of the bank intellectual capital should start from an objective valuation of the competence portfolio of each individual employee of the bank. In the article was formulated a proposal of new type of financial statements: the knowledge-based balance sheets and the full balance sheets of banks. The essence of these reporting devices is the disclosure not only financial capital but also intellectual capital and relational capital. In addition, an attempt was made placement of new accounts in a chart of accounts of the bank. The article concludes with a brief example to illustrate the main principles of intellectual capital accounting of banks.

- Summary/Abstract:Labour costs are an important part of the costs incurred by financial institutions. Simple procedure for improving financial efficiency is the reduction of employment. However, human capital is a key factor in building a competitive advantage to achieve position in the local and global market. Financial institutions are primarily social systems, in which the importance of human capital is particularly significant. Polish employees are characterized by one of the lowest rates of participation in various systems of lifelong learning in Europe. Expenditures on education, improvement and retraining of personnel are (in labour costs of financial institutions) at the level of 1% in private institutions and 2.4% in the public sector. It is therefore necessary to increase the cost of human capital development in the Polish financial institutions.

- Summary/Abstract:The aim of the paper is to present different approaches to diversity management. In order to achieve the aim of the paper the Author introduces the historical perspective on diversity ideology. Firstly it is discussed how the attitude towards the idea of diversity has changed in the USA. The starting point was the era of a strong tendency to work within and manage homogenous groups, then the equal employment opportunity (EEO)/ affirmative action (AA) approaches and the concept of multiculturalism appeared and finally the inclusion issue was defined. Some basic assumptions of affirmative action and diversity management are also defined. Subsequently propositions of chosen approaches to diversity within organization are described. The analysis is based on the literature review.

- Summary/Abstract:Values and ethical norms in the public organization, "shared with the society" should be most important (on the highest level, than in enterprises), both by confessing and the realization, as well as promoting them in the society and enforcing with the greater firmness. Frames are fixing moral principles (norms) of action in the given public organization through the forming of the professional ethos. The authority of action which are being talked about, requires taking the axiological social context into account, from whom getting depends (or lack) consents to the efficient execution of the action. Therefore, in this context the evaluation of action depends on ethical elements. Emphasizing that tasks of public organizations should be carried out based on values and norms of the professional ethos are a purpose of the article. All participants in the organization are benefitting from it, if consciously are fulfilling named terms.
