Summary/Abstract: The article focuses on psychological aspect of stress; it defines the stress and then presents the causes of stress at work, as well as the way the stress affects the career. The author shows different methods of coping with the stress by both individuals and employee group. In the last paragraph of the article the author gives information about the stress that appears among the workers of financial institutions.
