Summary/Abstract: Good practices in the employment of people with disabilities is a proven solution that should be promote and foster. Analysis of good practices shows that changes of employers and employees attitudes and organizational practices are not easy. Employers in Poland usually expect financial support, but it is not decisive condition of employment of a disabled person. Studies have shown that important factor in changing attitudes and organizational practices is the employers perception of other benefits: social, organizational and branding linked with the employment of disabled people.
