Summary/Abstract: The article regarding the local system of career guidance in Zielona Góra presents key concepts in the field of career guidance, and the results of the research. The analysis showed that the local system of career guidance in Zielona Góra is not consistent. Separately institutions operate resiliently, however, they do not cooperate with each other.
