Summary/Abstract: The article discusses issues related to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) trainings aimed at physical workers. The main objective of this work is an analysis and diagnosis of trainings organisation, programme and methods. The article contains theoretical base of BHP training together with results of environmental research – personal experiences of a company producing sheet metal parts for automotive industry and registered in the Lubuskie province.
