Summary/Abstract: The report presents the results of a survey with students primary school teacher of the Bachelor's degree and Master's degree. The leading motives for choosing these specialties are highlighted, the qualities of the „good primary school teacher” in the field of professional competence and as personally significant moral characteristics for building an adequate self-assessment among students and group dynamics in the class are highlighted.
