Summary/Abstract: An attempt has been made to present the multidisciplinary work in support of adults and elderly people. When creating a team, the client has a problem with whom the action plan is being prepared. The relatives or relatives also participate in the planned activities. They will be assigned to those responsible or to the persons involved in the implementation of the activities. The multidisciplinary team can include the following specialists: social worker, medical specialist, ergotherapist, occupational therapist, art therapist, psychologist and others. The work of the team is not a collection of opinions, but a thorough and consistent work.
