Summary/Abstract: In the dynamic market of educational services,accompanied by lasting tendencies in the demographic crisis of our country, the discussions in the public space are related to the answers to the questions of many universities in our country, how to achieve high quality of education, is the professional the profile of future graduates of labor market requirements, what is the efficiency of the academic staff in universities ?! The answers are clearly ambiguous, but one thing is certain that good education, giving knowledge and practical skills, with skills that are adequate to the growing demands of the labor market, is the result of the joint efforts of trainees and trainers. And for higher education institutions, these two sides are a student and academic faculty,that in their union should build the bridge of integration between theory and practice in any area of higher education. And all of this on the basis of growing academicism and the creation of a true science by the academic staff,who with their professionalism, contributes to the development of the creative and innovative potential of students, acquiring knowledge and practical abilities in the interest of the high quality of educational services and business requirements. On that basis, provoked our scientific quests in this publication.
