Summary/Abstract: The main reason for the problems in ensuring equal access to education for children with disabilities is the misunderstanding of children with disabilities on the whole. They are more talked about in the context of support for disadvantaged people. They are associated with healthcare and social activities rather than with education. It is necessary to change the concept that caring for disabled children is related to the provision of services so that they can remain at home, by understanding of the whole society that this is actually a search for opportunities to involve them in the community.
