Summary/Abstract: The growing popularity of smartphones, social networks and new ways of communication require businesses to adapt quickly to the 21st-century trends. On the other hand, in the fast-evolving and changing global economy, according to the forecasts of a number of consultants and digital scientists, by 2030 more than 50% of the existing professions will disappear. The lack of digital skills will have a huge effect on low-skilled workers. These facts require not only a rethinking of the current status quo but also the mandatory adaptation by both business and society to new realities.
