Summary/Abstract: In the presented paper, the author presents her own experience of working with learners of Spanish in the university. It also presents the advantages of using theatre as an activity to help in the foreign language class. Drama in education is an invaluable contribution to the development of oral communication competence in learners of foreign languages. It facilitates group interaction during the process of learning.
