Summary/Abstract: The paper examines the judicial control over the administrative acts, issued in the procedures of habilitation of the academic staff. Accent is put on the analysis of the special normative regulation in the Development of the academic staff in the Republic of Bulgaria act and the Higher education act and the relation to the procedure norms for appeal of the acts in front of the courts. On basis of the complex analysis the authors mark problems and motivate the necessity of correction and supplement of the forms of control.
