Summary/Abstract: The paper offers a definition of the notion” aerospace sphere”. There are formulated the basic components of the Early Warning System for crises and conflicts in the Republic of Bulgaria and their content. The need of a cosmic segment of the country and the tasks it solves is well-founded. Unmanned aviation systems are offered to be used for post- satellite (sub-satellite) monitor in crises processes with different nature.
