Summary/Abstract: А system is presented designed for decomposition of the aerodynamic load on tensiometric balance with outer suspension that ensures transformation of the arbitrary oriented aerodynamic force and moment into six simple tensile forces, which could be measured by standard sensors for digital utility scales. The geometric problem of defining the direction cosines of the suspension wires given the suspension geometry is resolved. Matrices for transformation of the complex load projections into six simple tensile forces are derived. The errors are estimated due to deviations in the suspension geometry. A short description of a project of tensiometric balance for the wind tunnel of “Aviation” department of NMU is presented.
