Summary/Abstract: The use of casted turbine blades from heat-resistant nickel alloys with directed crystallization and single-crystal structure in aviation gas turbine engines allows a significant increase in their operational properties. The basic idea of alloys with directed crystallization is the winding-up of the grain boundaries and the perpendicular direction of the centrifugal forces, i.e. to exclude the possibility of sliding and destructing the boundary between the grains in the structure of the material. In monocrystalline alloys there is no boundary between the grains and therefore the corresponding material has the highest strength.
