Summary/Abstract: The Protection against Discrimination Act provides for a set of obligations for the employer related to establishing of a non-discriminatory environment for exercising the right to work. In the past years the topic of workplace harassment has become particularly relevant as well. The purpose of this study is to seek specific anti-discrimination measures aimed at reducing the risk of discriminatory acts in the enterprise.
