Summary/Abstract: In this report, the author examines the scope of Regulation (EU) 2018/302 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 28.02.2018 to overcome the unjustified blocking of geographical grounds and other forms of discrimination based on the nationality, place of residence or place of establishment of customers within the internal market.
