Summary/Abstract: The issue of enforcement of the legal framework for protection against discrimination, which is part of the larger system of protection of fundamental human rights today could be analyzed from different perspectives: from the point of view of its relevance to the problems from the surrounding environment, as level of adequacy in relation to the existing needs and expectations of society or as correlation of the national regulatory framework with the one operating at the supranational level in European Union law.
