Summary/Abstract: The current state with social adaptation and professional rehabilitationis of persons with vision impairments analysed. Intellectualization of labor of persons with vision impairments in the modern information society is becoming possible through the doing them of professional computer training in professional and higher educational institutions significantly expands them the opportunities for social adaptation and professional rehabilitation and inclusion in labor relations. Some competencies of invariants for professional computer training persons with vision impairments on the basis of psychological and pedagogical characteristics of their the intellectual and logical ability and willingness to exercise information and communication in the social and labor relations has been worked out.
