Summary/Abstract: The direction of structural changes on rural areas connected with a transformation of a system in 90's of the XX century points on a new situation on a domestic labour market and the need of diversification of labour demand. This process could be supported by activating of local markets, a rise of shareholders or activating of females on a rural area. The problem seems to be of a significant importance considering the fact, that at the end of January 2013 job centers recorded 1010,2 of unemployed living on rural areas. In comparison with January 2012, the number of unemployed living on the rural area has risen by 8,1%. The percentage of unemployed living on the rural area was 44%.
