Summary/Abstract: The essence and state of youth unemployment were determined in the context of country´s social and economic instability. The room for improvement in the state unemployment regulation mechanism was determined. Especially it considers the regulation of youth unemployment and prioritizing the goals of government policy. We consider the systematic approach to be the most efficient one, enabling the mechanism improvement and involvement of all the regulatory members.
