Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes the prospects for implementing II funded pillar of the pension system in the air transport industry of Ukraine in terms of creating a cumulative pension fund for current employees of the air transport enterprises. To implement this strategic direction of improving the effectiveness of human capital management of the air transport enterprises, a public-private partnership mechanism in the pension provision of the air transport employees is proposed. The purpose of a scientific article is to justify the need for such public-private partnership mechanism. Comparative methods and systems analysis are used to conduct the research.
