Summary/Abstract: In recent years, tourism in our country has grown rapidly. Thousands of tourism enterprises have contributed to this growth. This requires a new rationalization of the concept"tourism product" and the cost of its development. On one hand, it is necessary to determine the optimum structure of the product which allows cost accounting of its creation. On the other hand,it is necessary to construct a system of synthetic and analytical accounts of these costs which prevent "sinking" of the product at the unknown.
