- Summary/Abstract:The fourth industrial revolution could be seen as a revolution in learning and thinking. In the era of automation and digitization of the processes in the economy, there is a need to change the training of staff for all sectors of the economy, including the tourism sector - directing attention to risk-taking decisions requiring ingenuity and responsibility. Until now, students have been encouraged to train on theoretical issues rather than training to develop skills for risk decisions and entrepreneurial initiatives. For this reason, students should build a value system during training, and teachers should encourage them to comply with the ethical and moral norms of work and behavior. It is time for the world to be seen as a place of opportunity, not of dangers.

Judging for external economic risks to the factors and conditions of foreign trade is necessary for the context of globalization, but it is not enough. These risks are manifested in investment, science and technology development, the ability of national budgets to convert accumulation into investment, and the latter into industrial (manufacturing) capital, into jobs. This leads to additional income, new consumption standards, and motivation to work and creativity. The conversion mechanism implies and does not exclude, state interference.

On one hand, it is necessary to determine the optimum structure of the product which allows cost accounting of its creation. On the other hand,it is necessary to construct a system of synthetic and analytical accounts of these costs which prevent "sinking" of the product at the unknown.

The interaction between participants is an inseparable inherent element of communication. Speaking, listening and observation are the basic visible activity during communication. Thinking is invisible activity, which implies preparation of basic information, that changes, rationalizes and creates the feedback. A culture of speaking implies a culture of listening as well. Silence in communication represents a tool, through which can be accomplished the positive, but also a negative determination of interaction.

- Keywords:small glaciers; climate change; Pirin; Prokletije; Durmitor
- Summary/Abstract:Still few people know that at present the most southerly situated permanent glacial masses in Europe are found in Bulgarian Pirin Mountains. The snow patches below the peaksVihren and Kutelo have been for many years familiar to tourists and scientists, but it was not until recently when the newest research proved their centennial age and the presence of downward motion of ice, defining them as in fact small glaciers. These micro glaciers (or glaciers) are supposed to have existed continuously at least for the last 500 years. Similar features are found also in the western parts of the Balkan Peninsula, in mountains in Albania and Montenegro. Small glaciers are among the best natural indicators of high mountain climate variation and change. The global warming which has increased its pace in the last decades puts a treat on the existence of these forms – in the mountains of the western Balkans they are on the verge of extinction while inspiring they still manage to survive. Small glaciers are a part of Bulgaria’s natural heritage that is still sparsely known. We would better discover and get introduced to them before they disappear.

The analysis given below is intended to provide guidance on the legal development of the RussianFederation in this field.

- Summary/Abstract:Psychological resilience is defined as an individual's ability to properly adapt to stress and adversity. Stress and adversity can come in the shape of family or relationship problems, health problems, or workplace and financial worries, among others. In other words, resilience is ones ability to bounce back from a negative experience with "competent functioning". Resilience should be considered a process, rather than a trait to be had. It is a process of individuation through a structured system with the gradual discovery of personal and unique abilities. Resilience is generally thought of as a "positive adaptation" after a stressful or adverse situation. In our research, resilience is considered and analyzed at different levels in tourism economic sector.
