Summary/Abstract: Communication can be described as a process of transmitting information and messages. It is part of everyday business and basic assumption for successful completion and execution of tasks. Communication process aside from the exchange of words represents an exchange of information about the personality of participants (most commonly non-verbal), their arguments, causes, and expectations. The interaction between participants is an inseparable inherent element of communication. Speaking, listening and observation are the basic visible activity during communication. Thinking is invisible activity, which implies preparation of basic information, that changes, rationalizes and creates the feedback. A culture of speaking implies a culture of listening as well. Silence in communication represents a tool, through which can be accomplished the positive, but also a negative determination of interaction.
