Summary/Abstract: The selection as one of the elements of the personnel management system of organizations are of considerable interest. The main reason is the increasing importance of human resources, intellectual capital in maintaining the company's competitiveness. If in the past the competitive advantage of an enterprise was most often considered from a technical point of view, now the most important competitive advantage is the personnel of the company, which has a high level of knowledge and professionalism. At the same time, the most important task for any entrepreneur is the creation of a cohesive team and the adaptation of new employees.
