Summary/Abstract: The report examines the impact of the digital platforms on the labor market through the emergence of new forms of employment, that are outside the legal employment relationship and are characterized by a lack of social security for workers. The lack of clear legal standards for their social protection is problematic. On the basis of the issues raised, options are being sought to extend the labor and social rights of the platform workers.
