Summary/Abstract: People with disabilities often face barriers to their work. Their rights to equal opportunities are guaranteed by many international and national documents, but created social stereotypes often place them in a situation of social exclusion. In this regard, the report explores some forms of discrimination on the part of Bulgarian employers and opportunities for overcoming them.
