Summary/Abstract: Bearing in mind the recent legislative intervention in the regulation of arbitration, it might be concluded that the legislator intended to respond to some considerable problems of the arbitral proceedings. The legislator, however, did it on a fragmented way while losing the entire picture of sight. The paper aims to stress some of the problems that request legislative development.
